Job Title: Senior Executive – Vendor Management (Night Shift)

Department: Vendor Management
Duty Station: Gulshan, Dhaka

BongTech Limited is actively seeking an experienced Senior Executive to join our Vendor Management team. This role is specifically for those with proven expertise in property preservation and maintenance. If you have the necessary experience, we invite you to apply and be a part of our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire new vendors with a focus on property preservation and maintenance
  • Manage relationships with existing and newly hired vendors
  • Establish standards to assess vendor performance
  • Evaluate and improve the current vendor management program
  • Oversee quality management and handle client complaints
  • Conduct negotiations and drive primary and secondary sales
  • Ensure channel growth, service quality, and customer service
  • Drive market development and execute marketing action plans
  • Maintain relationships with key customers
  • Innovate in the marketplace and improve distribution quality and productivity
  • Supervise and facilitate training sessions for junior staff
Educational Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (any discipline)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proven work experience in vendor management within property preservation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under time constraints
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar industry is required
Working Hours: Night Shift (7.00 pm to 4.00 am, with a 1-hour dinner break)
Status: Full Time
Job Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Number of Vacancies: 01
Salary: BDT 30-40K (Depending on experience)

The incumbent will perform the following duties:
